1 Leterme Raw Green Mango Juice
1Kg or Even 750 grams Sugar
5 grams Kala Namak – (Sanchar)
Roasted Cumin – (Sekela Jeeru)
Grind the green raw mangoes (Kachi Keri Ne Mixy maa grind karo) with Pudina in it, Filter the juice.
Add Sugar and add water and mIX
Take Sugar and add water and make syrup of it –(Khand ni chasni banavo) then filter the syrup-(Jaari thi Gaari lo).
Add roasted Cumin seed powder and Kala Namak to the syrup (Chasni ma sekela jeera no bhuko ane sanchar –mithu nacho) Add some salt too to taste (thodu mithu pan mix karo swad pramane).
When the syrup is cool, add juice.
